Assistant Center Director

Lina Carillo holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Management, from Wesleyan University. During her studies, she developed strong administrative and organizational skills while working as a Student Assistant for three years.

She brings extensive experience in administration, customer service, and operations management, having worked for many years in administrative and support roles across different organizations. Her background has helped her build strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills that contribute greatly to the smooth daily operations of the centre.

At Mathnasium Al Barsha and Mizhar, Lina serves as the Assistant Center Director, where she supports students, families, and the instructional team with dedication and professionalism. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and organized environment where students and parents feel supported throughout their learning journey.

Lina believes that positive relationships, clear communication, and strong teamwork play an important role in helping students succeed. She is committed to ensuring that every family has a positive experience at the centre and that students feel encouraged and motivated as they grow in confidence with math.

Reva Rangaraju

Reva Rangaraju

Reva Rangaraju holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and brings a strong passion for helping students truly understand and enjoy math. She has experience working with students across multiple curricula, including Canadian, British, and American, allowing her to tailor her approach to meet each student’s individual needs.

At Mathnasium, Reva focuses on building strong foundations through personalized instruction, helping students develop number sense, confidence, and a deeper understanding of math concepts. She is committed to making math make sense by delivering instruction in a clear, engaging, and encouraging way.

Reva believes that every child can succeed in math with the right guidance and support. She strives to create a positive and welcoming learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and empowered to grow.

She is also deeply committed to student wellbeing and ensures that every child feels safe, respected, and supported throughout their learning journey.

Outside the centre, Reva enjoys cooking for her family, traveling, and expressing her creativity through painting and drawing.

Dhairya Haria

Dhairya Haria

Dhairya Haria holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM) from NMIMS. He brings extensive experience in mathematics education and is passionate about helping students build confidence, strengthen problem-solving skills, and develop a deeper understanding of math.

He has worked with students across a wide range of curricula, including IB (International Baccalaureate), IGCSE, GCSE, CBSE, ICSE, American Curriculum, and British Curriculum. His broad experience allows him to adapt his teaching style to meet the individual learning needs of each student.

At Mathnasium, Dhairya focuses on helping students build strong mathematical foundations through personalized instruction and clear, engaging guidance. He specializes in making complex mathematical concepts more accessible and meaningful, allowing students to improve their critical thinking skills and develop long-term confidence in math.

In addition to supporting school mathematics, Dhairya has extensive experience preparing students for standardized and competitive examinations, including SAT, ACT, PSAT, AP Calculus, GRE, GMAT, CAT, and other aptitude-based assessments. His structured and encouraging approach helps students feel prepared, motivated, and confident in their abilities.

Dhairya believes that every student can succeed in math when provided with the right support, encouragement, and learning environment. He is deeply committed to student wellbeing and strives to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere where students feel comfortable, respected, and empowered throughout their learning journey.
