Melissa Sikorski

Melissa Sikorski is the Director of Math Education at Mathnasium and holds a degree in mathematics with extensive experience in curriculum development and instructional leadership. She began her 13-year Mathnasium career as an Instructor and Center Director before joining the Home Office Education team, where she helped strengthen instructional practices and support student learning across the system. Melissa has also led curriculum teams and contributed to the development of innovative, AI-supported instructional tools in collaboration with academic researchers. Returning to Mathnasium, she brings both deep field experience and a forward-looking perspective to the creation of high-quality math content. She is passionate about helping students build confidence, develop strong problem-solving skills, and experience meaningful success in mathematics.
