I would highly recommend Oak Ridges Mathnasium. Tania, the owner is legitimately the best teacher/mentor to the students. The whole team fosters an environment for learning math in a fun and tailored way to get the best results out of your child. My son gets frustrated when he doesn't understand something. They worked their magic. Now, he loves math. His confidence in math is off the roof.

I’ve really enjoyed going to mathnasium because it’s helped make a major difference in my grades in math! I also really like how the teachers are very supportive and helpful!

At first our daughter didn't want to go because she thought she had to go because she was dumb. We told her this is, not the case and you are going to get more support so that when you are in class you will understand what your teacher is teaching you! It will give you the confidence so you don't have to feel bad because you don't know something. She now understands and enjoys going. The teachers have made her feel welcome and she is more confident now with her Math! This program really supports them in their learning and we are so lucky to have the teachers support. She also loves the collecting of cards to get a prize. She is saving them for something big she says!

Oakridge Mathnasium is amazing!! Staff are very nice and very responsive. My son is 11 years old and he LOVE this place😅. No hw plus & point system to redeem gifts. He is very happy going to math tutor class. He is getting A in school. My 14 years old was struggling with math. I called Tania for help. Within few weeks of practice , my daughters got 80s on her test. Tania even gave me her personal number so my daughter can ask her questions at night. Thanks OakRige Mathnasium!

From the initial call with the director Akshay, to the intake assessment, review, and sign up - working with Mathnasium here on Fairway Rd has been so so smooth and welcoming. My 4th grader was able to enjoy math, get rewarded for his work, and find cool ways to earn tokens for prizes. What kid wouldn’t love that ? But the approach to mathematics and learning from the structure of this long standing, multinational establishment has been really great and they know they’re niche!

We looked into a few options before landing on Mathnasium, and what won us over was knowing there would be no extra homework sent home. My child already has a full workload from school. The fact that there are multiple instructors available at a time has also been a bonus. We enrolled because math is not my strong suit and helping with homework was a challenge. My child is in Grade 4 and with the new curriculum being more comprehensive, it was becoming more difficult and I wanted to make sure there was real support there. Eight months in and they still genuinely enjoy going and find it fun. They are going beyond what is covered at school and we have definitely noticed a difference in how they approach math work at home. The confidence has grown so much since starting and that is exactly what we were hoping for. It is absolutely working. The teachers are kind, the owner is very accommodating, and there is even an online option for times when we cannot make it into the centre. We are now giving it a try with our second child as well. I would recommend Mathnasium to any parent looking for math support!

My son was initially reluctant to do Math during summer but the whole process here, from assessment and then the classes have been amazing. He is always looking forward to going to Mathnasium and has been able to make up for anything missing at school in less than two months!
