We align instruction with Georgia Standards of Excellence (GSE) for Mathematics to prepare students for the math portions of the Georgia Milestones Assessment System (GMAS). By identifying each student's knowledge gaps and building understanding level by level, we help students approach their state assessment with the skills and confidence needed to meet and exceed grade-level expectations.
Our specially trained tutors prepare high school students for the math sections of the SAT®, PSAT®, and ACT® using proprietary test prep materials and personalized learning plans. We focus on building lasting content knowledge and exam-ready problem-solving strategies, so students see real score improvement on test day and beyond.
At Mathnasium of Dacula, our specially trained math tutors help PreK-12 students prepare for any math exam, from classroom quizzes and state assessments to college admissions tests like the SAT®, PSAT®, and ACT®.
We work with students in a caring and fun group environment, providing personalized, face-to-face instruction that focuses on genuine understanding. Our tutors pinpoint each student's knowledge gaps, introduce concepts in a logical sequence, and guide them steadily forward so they feel prepared and capable when exam day arrives.
We use the Mathnasium Method™, our proprietary teaching approach that combines assessment-based personalized learning plans with proven interactive techniques to build the mathematical understanding students need to perform well on any exam.
Rather than drilling test-taking tactics, our tutors help students truly grasp the concepts they'll be tested on. Paired with proprietary test prep materials, this approach develops the problem-solving skills and confidence that lead to meaningful, lasting improvement.
Students begin their Mathnasium journey with a diagnostic assessment that helps us pinpoint their current skill level, knowledge gaps, and exam goals. Using these insights, we design a personalized learning plan that targets exactly what each student needs to work on.
Tutors follow each plan closely, reinforcing understanding and introducing new material gradually. As students build skills and fill knowledge gaps, their confidence grows alongside their readiness, so they arrive at their exam prepared to do their best.

At Mathnasium of Dacula, we focus on building deep math understanding and mastery over time, so students are never cramming at the last minute.
Every student begins with a diagnostic assessment that reveals their current skills and knowledge gaps. From there, we create a personalized learning plan that builds math skills consistently and deliberately, laying the groundwork for lasting success in the classroom and beyond.
Our specially trained tutors support students across all PreK-12 math subjects, from elementary math through Precalculus and beyond. Each session reinforces classroom concepts, fills foundational gaps, and develops the problem-solving skills students need to excel on quizzes, midterms, and final exams.
As a major exam approaches, we shift focus to the specific topics and concepts it covers, so students walk into test day feeling confident and prepared.
Yes! We help students in Dacula build the math skills and confidence they need to succeed on the GMAS.
Our specially trained tutors align instruction with the Georgia Standards of Excellence (GSE) for Mathematics, ensuring every student has a solid command of the concepts the exam covers. Each student receives a personalized learning plan built from their diagnostic assessment results, targeting the specific knowledge gaps standing between them and grade-level mastery.
The sooner the better. The GMAS measures cumulative math understanding built over the school year, which means consistent, ongoing support delivers far better results than last-minute preparation.
Ideally, students should begin working with us at the start of the school year or semester. This gives us time to identify and address any knowledge gaps, build foundational skills, and ensure students are progressing steadily toward grade-level mastery well before the exam.
That said, if your student is closer to the exam, we can still make a meaningful difference. Contact us and we'll create a focused plan based on the time available.
Yes! Mathnasium of Dacula helps high school students build the content knowledge and problem-solving strategies they need to perform their best on the math sections of the SAT®, PSAT®, and ACT®.
Our specially trained tutors work from proprietary test prep materials and personalized learning plans tailored to each student's current skill level and target goals, whether they're preparing for their first attempt or working to improve a previous score.
Starting early leads to better results, and we recommend at least three to six months before the exam date.
College admissions math tests cover a broad range of topics, including algebra, data analysis, geometry, and, on the ACT®, trigonometry. That breadth is exactly why early preparation matters. With enough time, students can work through knowledge gaps systematically, build fluency with exam-style problems, and develop the confidence that comes from sustained practice.
Students with significant foundational gaps benefit most from starting in middle school or early high school, giving them the time they need to build a solid base before test prep begins. If the exam date is approaching sooner, contact us and we'll build a focused plan around the time your student has.
Mathnasium of Dacula offers math test prep as part of a flat monthly membership fee. Pricing depends on your student's individual plan and session schedule.
For specific pricing information, please contact our center directly. We're happy to walk you through the options and find a plan that fits your student's goals and your family's needs.
Every student's preparation timeline looks a little different. The right number of sessions depends on their current skill level, the exam they're preparing for, and how much time remains before test day.
As a general guide, students working toward major exams like the SAT®, PSAT®, or ACT® attend two sessions per week over three to six months. For the Georgia Milestones or classroom exams, a shorter timeline may be all that's needed.
After the diagnostic assessment, we'll recommend a schedule tailored to your student's needs and goals, giving them the best possible foundation heading into test day.
Absolutely! Mathnasium of Dacula offers live, face-to-face online sessions for students who prefer to learn from home. Our specially trained tutors deliver the same quality of instruction online as they do in-center, and students follow the same personalized learning plan either way.
There is no difference. Both formats deliver the same personalized learning plan, face-to-face instruction, and caring guidance from our tutors. Many families combine in-center and online sessions to fit their schedule and exam timeline without sacrificing anything.
Yes. Our tutors understand the Georgia Standards of Excellence (GSE) for Mathematics and are familiar with the expectations of local schools throughout Dacula and surrounding communities.
