A: A moment from this summer that reminded me why I love working with students is whenever students smile when they do well on problems they used to struggle with. It shows me the impact we have on kids and why I care about teaching. At the end of the day, it's about showing kindness to them and doing everything we can to help.

A: I think summer is a great time for students to build math skills because they don't have the pressure of homework and tests from school. It allows them to learn freely without being worried about results.
