I am currently completing my Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at York University, which strengthens my analytical thinking and informs my structured approach to teaching mathematics. I am committed to creating a positive, focused, and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated, confident, and capable of succeeding academically. My goal is to help students not only improve their mathematical skills, but also develop self-confidence, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning through engaging and enjoyable lessons.
Tajrian
Instructor
I am a Mathnasium instructor with a strong background in physics and mathematics, holding a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. During my studies, I was involved in research and developed coding and analytical skills that support clear, structured problem-solving—skills I bring into every lesson with my students.
For the past three years at Mathnasium, I have worked closely with students through individualized instruction, helping them build confidence, consistency, and a positive relationship with math. I also value connecting with students beyond academics. I was a member of my school’s badminton team, participated in Science Rendezvous to promote STEM learning in the community, and enjoy baking in my free time. These experiences help me create a supportive, engaging, and approachable learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and growing at their own pace
