Shalini is the Centre Director at Mathnasium of Castlemore. She holds a Bachelor of Education, is an Ontario Certified Teacher, and has additional qualifications in Special Education and Montessori Elementary teaching. She has taught across Canada and internationally and contributed to curriculum development for the IB and British National curriculums.
Shalini is passionate about helping children overcome their fear of math and discover how it connects to their daily lives. She brings energy and creativity to every session, ensuring each child enjoys learning math in a way that makes sense to them.
Wajeeha is pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics and Statistics at York University. She aspires to become an actuary and enjoys blending problem-solving with real-world decision-making. Her teaching style emphasizes confidence, communication, and building academic independence in students.
Wajeeha thrives in social environments and enjoys shaping young minds while learning from them in return. When she is not teaching, she enjoys swimming, planning fun events for kids, and discovering new coffee spots around town.

Liah holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and brings experience as a tutor from the United States. She has a strong understanding of how math applies to real-life situations and uses that knowledge to engage students of all ages.
She is passionate about teaching and enjoys helping students build confidence in their abilities. Her calm and approachable style helps make every session both fun and productive.
Varanan studies Finance and Economics at Rotman Commerce, University of Toronto, and plans to pursue careers in investment banking and corporate law. He brings a love for numbers and strategic thinking to his work at Mathnasium.
He strives to make math engaging, helping students build confidence and see math from different perspectives. Outside the centre, Varanan enjoys music, workouts, scenic drives, and a good math joke. His favorite? “Why do absolute values always stay calm? Because they never let negativity impact them!”
Angiza is a Mechanical Engineering student at Toronto Metropolitan University with a passion for understanding how machines work and applying science to real-world problems. She has made the Dean’s List for her academic excellence and has tutoring experience, including at Mathnasium, where she helped students of all ages strengthen their math skills. Her teaching style is clear, interactive, and supportive, focused on building confidence and understanding. Angiza also serves as a First-Year Ambassador, guiding new engineering students as they transition into university life. In her free time, she enjoys reading and taking long walks to relax and reflect.
