My son started at this location a few years ago and enjoyed it very much. We had to switch locations due to our commute and it didn't compare to the level of professionalism and quality that Dennis provides to his students. My son requested to return here and he's thrilled to be back! He even started in the summer with zero complaints!! I'm happy that they offer help with math homework and review math tests with the students. The other location didn't allow this. If you're looking to get help for your child to strengthen their math skills and build their confidence, I highly recommend!!

My child really enjoys attending Mathnasium every week and has shown amazing progression since the start. The staff (Antonio, George, Jason) and the instructors are friendly, caring, attentive and dedicated to ensuring a positive and fun learning experience and environment for the kids. Highly recommend the Don Mills location!

I find this place is amazing! It has a wonderful amount of staff and tutors ready to assist you whenever you feel troubled. Personally speaking,my favourite tutor is Eric Nakamura, who has done a splendid job in teaching the basics of my current math level, aswell as topics that further develop my mathematic capabilities. I think Eric has done a wonderful job and I feel glad he is here to tutor me, as he might be the only person capable of fixing my hatred towards mathematics! Overall, a wonderous place.

Staff has been so friendly and helpful, my kid has always struggled with math and it's caused so much anxiety. Since starting at mathnasium we have seen such an increase in his confidence and abilities! He's actually enjoying learning, which has been such a relief. Highly recommend!!

My daughter (now almost 6) loves it here! We've been going for almost two years now and I never have to convince her to go in. Scheduling is flexible and they really try to work with you. I love that they approach each student individually and help build meaningful math foundations. We look forward to math every week!

My daughter is in grade 9, she started with Mathnasium at the beginning of grade 8 and she feels much more confident in math, getting good grades. I like the Mathnasium approach, it's very effective in both closing gaps in student skills and helping them to be on top of their studies at school. My daughter now loves math much more than before, because she feels confident. The communication with Mathnasium is excellent. Regular updates are provided, and Dennis is doing his best to accommodate class time change requests.

At first our daughter didn't want to go because she thought she had to go because she was dumb. We told her this is, not the case and you are going to get more support so that when you are in class you will understand what your teacher is teaching you! It will give you the confidence so you don't have to feel bad because you don't know something. She now understands and enjoys going. The teachers have made her feel welcome and she is more confident now with her Math! This program really supports them in their learning and we are so lucky to have the teachers support. She also loves the collecting of cards to get a prize. She is saving them for something big she says!

We have been with Mathnasium for 1.5 years. We love the program. My kid enjoys the sessions. Particularly, he found it interesting to be challenged at his own pace. The classroom is clean and bright. The staff are kind and very accessible for discussion. As a parent, I found it helpful with the flexibility the program offers, which makes so much easier to deal with the busy schedule. We have been through multiple math programs during the last seven or eight years. And this is definitely our favorite one. Highly recommended!

We signed our kid up when they were 5 and have been with Mathnasium for 2 years. They made tremendous progress and thoroughly enjoyed math. Not to mention the program is methodical, clear and offers frequent checkpoints for both kids and parents to keep track of the progress. We enrolled our son Alex (11 years old, Grade 6) at Mathnasium because he was struggling to keep up with math in school and needed extra support. After reading so many positive reviews, we decided to give Mathnasium Whitby a try — and I can honestly say the reviews were absolutely accurate. The team was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. My daughter has such a positive experience at the Central Whitby Mathnasium Centre. Her performance in math has been strong all year and most importantly, she developed confidence in her ability to learn and master the content. She followed along with the program that was set out for her and also was able to do some review for upcoming tests with the staff. I'll admit I was skeptical about how much progress a toddler could really make. A few weeks in, though, and I'm genuinely impressed — my son, who isn't even 4 yet, can now count items just by glancing at them. Before starting, he could count to 40 on his own; now he's up to 100. He's grown to love the sessions, especially the reward at the end of each workbook. Katie has done a wonderful job with him, and her patience with a child this young is remarkable. Credit also goes to the Centre Director, Nassi, for running such a well-organized program and for her genuine commitment to making sure no child gets overlooked.

Mathnasium has been a life-changing experience for my children. The staff is kind and helpful; the coaches are highly skilled and friendly; and the environment is very pleasant, safe and sound. The method used by Mathnasium of collecting points is a smart and fun way to encourage the kids to learn. My children, who used to dislike math, became excited to learn about it and their grades improved substantially. I have recommended Mathnasium to my friends and I would to anyone else.

We had a wonderful experience bringing our 8 yr old, she was struggling at school and getting frustrated. Now she has confidence and looks forward to going on her days the teachers and students are wonderful. Ken is very helpful and explains everything you need to know and they send progress reports so you can see how well your child is improving.
