Sehba has over 20 years of math teaching experience, with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and credentials in Architectural Drawing and Design. Her passion for numbers and commitment to building strong foundations led her to open Mathnasium of Oakville in 2012.
She is dedicated to helping children truly understand math through the Mathnasium Method™ and apply it in practical ways. Sehba has guided countless students to build confidence, exceed academic goals, and see math as a tool for success.
Umair brings a strong background in IT, business, and e-commerce management, which supports his leadership at Mathnasium. Raised in Oakville, he has a deep understanding of the local education system, and the challenges students encounter. His experience has made him a trusted mentor in both academic and professional settings.
He is passionate about helping children gain confidence in math and is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive environment for families. Umair is proud to contribute to student success and to the Oakville community he calls home.
Larry has spent his career refining how math is taught, serving in public, private, and magnet schools as a teacher and consultant. He has designed curricula and strategies that improve understanding and build student confidence.
As creator of the Mathnasium Method™, Larry developed one of the most effective math programs in the world. While not an instructor at our centre, he remains a valued resource for student-specific guidance, helping us make each visit more productive and engaging.
Adila holds a Master’s degree in Physics and has taught at a leading university. Fascinated by problem-solving, she thrives on helping students experience “aha” moments and gain confidence in their abilities.

Sash is completing studies in Information Systems Security at Sheridan College. Their passion for teaching began in high school through a volunteer tutoring program for middle school students.
