• How does online enrollment work?

  Enroll in just a few clicks! Once you complete your payment, your child is officially enrolled at Mathnasium. Our team will personally reach out within one business day to schedule your child’s assessment and first session.

• What happens after I enroll?

  After you enroll, our team will personally reach out within one business day to welcome you and schedule your child’s first visit. We’ll guide you through every step of your enrollment including your child’s diagnostic assessment - it’s simple, personal, and designed to set you and your child up for success right from the start!

• My child was previously enrolled (or assessed). Do they still need a new assessment?

  In most cases, yes — especially if it’s been a few months or if your child’s learning needs have changed. A fresh assessment helps us update their learning plan so every session is meaningful and targeted to their growth. Our team will review your child’s history with you and guide you through the best next steps to ensure a strong start.

• When can my child start?

  Right away! We’ll coordinate with you to schedule your first session — often within a few days — and complete the assessment to kick off their personalized learning journey.

• What’s included in my enrollment?

  Your enrollment includes a full month of membership, personalized instruction, all materials, ongoing progress checks, and flexible scheduling — in-center or online.

• What if my plans change after enrolling?

  We get it — life happens! If something comes up and you need to make changes, just reach out to your local center. We're here to help. Refunds or credits may be available depending on the timing and your center’s policies. Our team will work with you to find the best solution — we want you to feel completely comfortable and supported throughout the process.

• How do I schedule sessions once I’m enrolled?

  It’s easy! After enrolling, we’ll help you set up a schedule that fits your family’s needs — with flexible options to make it stress-free.

• Can I enroll more than one child?

  Yes! Just add a child on the “Let’s Get Started” page!. Need help? Our center team is happy to assist.

• My child is doing fine in math. Is Mathnasium still right for us?

  Absolutely! Mathnasium is great for students at every level—not only for catching up but also for advancing ahead. We foster deeper understanding, increased confidence, and a lifelong passion for math.

• Is the price listed online the full cost?

  Yes — the price shown covers the cost for the option you select:

  • Monthly memberships enroll you in a recurring monthly payment plan.

  • Sessions packages include a one-time tuition payment.
