Mr. Dan earned his degree in Secondary Education from Lock Haven University and has taught in schools across Pennsylvania, from rural towns to major cities, even returning to his alma mater, Radnor High School.
He joined Mathnasium in 2012 and loves helping students of all levels discover how fun and rewarding math can be. Every year, he continues learning alongside his students, strengthening his passion for teaching and seeing math “click” for every child he works with.
Mr. Alex is a Chemistry major at Delaware Valley University with years of experience tutoring math and science, leading STEM summer camps, and teaching swim lessons.
He enjoys building connections with students and helping them approach problem-solving with confidence and curiosity. Outside of Mathnasium, Alex loves reading, watching movies, and playing video games.
Mr. Roy is a retired bioanalytical chemist who spent his career at Merck and served on the board of the Merck Institute for Science Education. A lifelong advocate for STEM, he has led science clubs and coached youth sports throughout his community.
At Mathnasium, Roy enjoys using his experience to help students discover the real-world value of math. In his free time, he plays saxophone in the Jenkintown Community Band, travels, stargazes, and builds model rockets.
Hi! My name is Nicole, I'm a Chemistry and Biology major at the University of Delaware. I tutored throughout high school and enjoy working with kids, so I love this job! I've been working at mathnasium since my senior year of high school. It's incredibly rewarding and so much fun. in my free time, I love playing music, reading and watching sports!
Hi! My name is Tanvi and I'm an environmental science major and mathematics minor from Temple University. I have worked in youth education for over a decade and currently volunteer in environmental programming at a conservancy in my spare time. I am passionate about working with kids and helping them to succeed through academic challenges.
