Our staff is built to teach each student individually, to develop the skills they need to thrive in mathematics, and to foster a love of learning.

Jordan Luster

Assistant Center Director

Jordan has overseen countless students succeed in his more than six-year tenure with Mathnasium. From K-12 to SAT and AP Exam prep, he's passionate about helping students build confidence and enjoy the learning process.

Jordan is a local graduate of Flowery Branch, and he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Math Education from the University of Georgia. A fan of tabletop games, comic books, movies, and—of course—math, Jordan believes there’s room to learn and grow at any level. He aims to inspire that same mindset in every student he teaches.

Arham Sinha

Lead Instructor

Arham is a former New Yorker now studying at the University of North Georgia. Arham is best known for helping keep the vibes positive and the spirits high. On the math front, he loves that first moment when a student can show what they've learned to solve a new problem all on their own. Arham could make a career out of connecting with students over shared interests -- music, sports, games, or anything else -- and hopes to one day be everyone's favorite instructor.

Adyson Wright

Instructor

Adyson is a graduate of Mill Creek High School heading to Georgia Tech in the fall. In high school, Adyson was a member of Beta Club and Science National Honor Society. Her favorite part about being at Mathnasium is getting to know each of the kids to learn how to best motivate and help them succeed. Adyson also loves watching baseball, reading, and spending time with her close friends.

Ethan Harward

Instructor
Ethan is ready to tackle the toughest math topics! He completed multi-variable calculus and linear algebra through Georgia Tech's dual enrollment program during high school, and does an amazing job teaching upper level math topics to Mathnasium students. Always calm and composed, Ethan helps students develop the patience and organization needed to succeed in advanced math courses. His approach to teaching is rooted in his own personal experiences of becoming accomplished in carpentry, 3D design and music through consistent and patient practice. Ethan currently attends University of North Georgia where he studies Mechanical Engineering, a field that incorporates his interests in technology, building and science.

Analeigh St. Hilaire

Instructor

Analeigh is a student at The Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science, and Technology. She's taking AP Calculus as a junior, but her strengths extend beyond just academics. Analeigh is a member of DECA, Digital Media Club, and Tri-M Music Honor Society. She also plays softball and studies music composition independently. At Mathnasium, Analeigh works hard to help her students enjoy their lessons together, always balancing smiles and laughs with numbers and equations.

Charles Smith

Instructor

Charles is a senior at Mill Creek High School and former Mathnasium SAT student himself. A member of several school-sponsored leadership programs, he also works with Volunteer Gwinnett and his local NAACP chapter. Outside of academics, Charles is passionate about sports, photography, and film studies. He feels most rewarded at Mathnasium any time his students first recognize their own growth and progress in real time.

Kay Starks

Instructor

Kay is a Mill Creek High School junior joining Math Honors Society and Student Council this year. She's a fan of piano and basketball who loves getting to work with kids. Her goal is to help students realize that learning and practicing math can be a positive experience. She believes in her students, and she wants to see them learn to believe in themselves.

Jayden Lee

Instructor

Jayden is a senior and NHS Co-President at Mill Creek High School. Jayden is passionate about working with kids and hopes to pursue a career in education after college. He loves seeing the different ways students will approach and learn the same material, always ready to adapt to best meet their individual needs. Jayden is a big fan of several sports, but his favorite activity is beating our instructor Charles at golf after work.

Our Mathnasium Mission

What I love about Mathnasium is the ability to teach problem-solving skills and make math make sense, while also making a student smile.
