Ramika Shrivastava

Center Director

Driven by a deep love for mathematics, Ramika has always been passionate about teaching kids the magic of numbers. She is a Gold Medalist in the subject and holds a degree of Master’s in Computer Science. Before transitioning full-time into education, she spent over a decade traveling the globe as a software engineer and team lead for major Fortune 500 tech companies.This extensive international IT background provided her with firsthand insight into how foundational mathematical proficiency directly drives a child's future academic and professional success. 

For more than 8 years , she has poured that passion into building fun loving and encouraging enviornment where students can lose their math anxiety and truly thrive. She firmly believes that every single child can excel at math when they have the right explanation and a supportive team cheering them on.

Nick Gocke

Instructor

Nick is a math enthusiast whose goal is to help others gain the same appreciation for mathematics. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, graduating with a perfect GPA and earning a perfect score on the Praxis Mathematics exam. During college, he received an award for excellence in mathematics and competed in numerous math competitions.

Since joining Mathnasium, Nick has always sought to make the abstract understandable. Helping students not only understand math but also enjoy it, he finds no greater satisfaction than watching them grow in both confidence and ability.

Danielle Rappaport

Instructor

Ms Danielle is a dedicated math instructor with Mathnasium. She holds a degree of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a background that fuels her passion for logic, analytical problem-solving, and STEM education. 

In Mathnasium, she enjoys utilizing her technical expertise to help students build confidence and master critical mathematical concepts. Outside of the learning center, she is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and experimenting with new culinary recipes

Janet Gorelick

Instructor

Ms. Janet brings years of dedicated classroom experience to our team as a professional school teacher specializing in middle school mathematics for grades 5 through 8. 

She has also been a key part of our Mathnasium team for the past 4 years. Janet loves working alongside our other instructors in such a friendly, supportive environment. Her favorite part of the job is watching kids discover a real love for math. She takes great pride in helping every student beat math anxiety, understand tough concepts, and build strong confidence that helps them succeed in school.  

Kamran

Instructor

Kamran brings 14 years of software development experience to the team, including time spent working with major international companies like Yandex and Cisco. His love for problem-solving started back in his school days with competitive programming.He has even developed his own arcade-style game for Android devices. 

 Today, Kamran brings that same energy to Mathnasium, where he is passionate about sharing his skills with the next generation. He truly loves working with kids and excels at breaking down complex ideas into concepts that are easy and fun to understand.

Siya Patel

Instructor
Siya is a recent high school graduate who will be attending college this fall to pursue a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering. For the past three years, she has worked as a volunteer and private tutor, teaching math, English, and French. Her absolute favorite subjects to teach are physics and math.
Since joining the Mathnasium team one year ago, Siya has loved helping students master their assignments using the center's versatile teaching methods. For her, the most rewarding part of working at Mathnasium is watching each student improve over time and gain confidence in topics they once found challenging.
