Tatyana has been a proud member of the Mathnasium team for seven and a half years. She began her journey as an instructor and quickly fell in love with the work—particularly the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students of all ages. Watching students gain confidence and develop a true understanding of math remains one of the most rewarding aspects of her role.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Administration. Although her background began in business, Tatyana discovered her true calling in education. At Mathnasium, she brings together her organizational skills and passion for teaching to create a structured, supportive environment where every student can thrive.
What motivates her most is seeing the lasting impact the team has not only on students’ academic success, but also on their self-esteem and overall attitude toward learning. Tatyana is proud to be part of a team that strengthens the community—one student at a time.
Jodi holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Math from Hope College and a Master’s in Math Education along with a Specialist’s degree in Curriculum and Teacher Leadership from Piedmont College. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Jodi has taught everything from 8th-grade math to IB Math Studies.
A certified gifted instructor, she loves watching students grasp challenging concepts and believes every student can excel with the right tools and support. Her passion is helping students build confidence and discover the joy of learning math.
Lauren graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focused on Mathematics Education and Psychology. She is well-versed in College Algebra, Calculus I–III, Differential Equations, and Statistics.
Her passion for math education began in high school and continued throughout her college years. Since joining Mathnasium in 2011, Lauren has loved helping students build confidence and discover that math can be both challenging and enjoyable. She is dedicated to inspiring students to see the beauty and logic in math.
