Kevin is the Owner of Mathnasium of Greenhaven and Elk Grove East. He holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from UC Davis and an MA in Education from the University of the Pacific. In addition to running the centers, Kevin teaches high school in the Elk Grove Unified School District and has over a decade of experience tutoring and teaching students across all age groups.
He is passionate about bringing the Mathnasium Method™ to the community and helping students truly understand math in a way that makes sense to them.
Anh Thu is the Co-Owner of Mathnasium of Greenhaven and Elk Grove East. She earned her BA in Mathematics from California State University, Sacramento, and works as a high school math teacher in the Elk Grove Unified School District. With more than 10 years of teaching experience, she has worked with students at all grade levels.
She is dedicated to helping children in the community succeed in math and believes the Mathnasium Method™ is an empowering tool for building both skills and confidence.
Audrey is currently a student at Sacramento State and brings energy, discipline, and a love of learning to Mathnasium. A competitive swimmer since age 9, she has competed in high-level meets including Junior Olympics and Far Westerns.
At Mathnasium, she enjoys guiding students through challenges, helping them grow their skills, and celebrating their breakthroughs in understanding.
Grace is a rising senior at Pleasant Grove High School with a strong academic record and nine years of competitive swimming experience. She enjoys spending time with friends and making lasting memories.
At Mathnasium, Grace focuses on helping young students grow in both skill and confidence, supporting them as they become their best selves in math.
Abbrielle is a senior at Cosumnes Oaks High School. She enjoys expressing her creativity through sewing and making thoughtful gifts, and she is also active in her school’s leadership program, where she helps manage clubs on campus. As a student herself, Abbrielle understands the challenges of learning and joined Mathnasium to support and encourage her fellow students. She takes pride in working hard and staying busy, always striving to grow and make a positive impact on her community.
Hi, my name is Osasere. I am a second-year Data Science student at Cosumnes River College, and I hope to pursue a career in IT in the future. I’ve always loved math, which is why I’m excited to help students at Mathnasium discover their own passion for it. In my free time, I enjoy working out, spending time with friends and family, and playing video games. Right now, my favorite is Elden Ring.
My name is Hieu. I'm currently working toward earning a master's degree in Mathematics with the goal of teaching Calculus at the college level. I enjoy helping others learn and grow through math. In my free time, I like watching YouTube videos and building with LEGO, both of which help me relax and stay creative.

Hi, my name is Katie Nguyen! I’m a recent graduate from UC Santa Cruz with a degree in Applied Mathematics. My main goal right now is to build a career in education. I have a genuine passion for teaching and helping students succeed, and I want to see where my strengths can make the biggest impact. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness and weightlifting, reading, and listening to live music!
Hey, I'm Rekha and I'm currently majoring in biomedical engineering and hope to eventually work in labs after graduation. I love arts and crafts, specifically with clay and yarn.
My name is Christian, and I'm an undergrad student at Sacramento State with plans to major in statistics. I've always had an interest in numbers and data, as well as an interest in teaching math, which dates back to my senior year of high school when I got a spring tutoring job which I loved. My goals are to earn a master's down the line and get into a career involving data science. My hobbies include playing games and watching sports (primarily football and baseball).

Quynh is a college student at UC Davis. Though she says she's not good at math, Quynh still challenges herself with high-level math classes at her college. At Mathnasium, Quynh hopes students can have a comfortable environment to enjoy and solve math problems.
Hi! My name is Navya, and I go to Franklin High School. In my free time, I love going to the gym, hanging out with my friends and family, and listening to music! In the future, I hope to pursue something in the medical field, specifically a nurse practitioner. My favorite subject in school has always been math, and I actually was a student at Mathnasium when I was younger. I’m so excited to get started here and can’t wait to meet everyone!
