I’ve taken all sorts of math classes. Everything from Algebra 1 up to Linear Algebra. I have lots of hobbies outside of work. I love to read, do puzzles, watch football, sing, act and paint. My favorite though is Dance! I have been dancing since I was young and have never stopped. I’ve been teaching and choreographing dance since high school and was president of a dance club in college. I worked as a lead instructor at Mathnasium in college and absolutely loved it! I’ve also been a teacher’s assistant for high school summer camps and for college engineering courses.
Fun Fact: My fun fact is that I have dimples but they are on my ear lobes instead of my cheeks!
Favorite Number, Why?: My favorite is 8 because with you turn it on its side it becomes infinity.
Education: I went to school at CU Boulder where I got my Bachelor’s of Science in Aerospace Engineering, and I graduated in 2024. I also have an Associates degree which I got concurrently with my high school diploma in 2020.
Why I Like Mathnasium: I just love being around kids!! They have the best stories and always brighten a somber day. I love watching a child’s eyes light up when they finally understand a concept, and I love Mathnasium’s approach to math, by making it accessible to everyone.
Liz has been with Mathnasium for five years, starting as a Center Director and now serving as a Regional Director. She is passionate about creating fun, welcoming learning environments where students feel excited to learn math and build confidence through personalized instruction. Liz has spent most of her life working with children through math instruction, sports coaching, swim lessons, and summer camps.
Liz believes success in math starts with confidence and perseverance, and she loves watching students grow from feeling discouraged to believing in themselves. Outside of Mathnasium, Liz enjoys cheering on the Utah Utes, watching sports, spending time with her husband and daughter, reading, skiing, snowboarding, and golfing.
Kassidy grew up in Bountiful, Utah, and graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering. While at BYU, she also captained the Women’s Soccer Team and earned All-American honors. Kassidy has coached children of all ages in soccer and has been part of the Mathnasium team since 2013.
Kassidy loves bringing fun into learning math, especially during Math Nights at local elementary schools. She is also a proud mom of two kids and two energetic dogs. Fun fact: she once appeared in a YouTube video with over 6 million views!
Reed holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from BYU and an MBA from Boise State University. With over 25 years as an executive at Hewlett Packard, Quantum, and Iomega, Reed transitioned to entrepreneurship by founding Matchbin (now Radiate Media), a successful internet software company.
Reed is deeply invested in the Utah technology community, serving on the Governor's Technology Initiative Advisory Board to expand funding for engineering programs. At Mathnasium, he is committed to building students’ confidence in math and preparing them for success in technology, business, and beyond. Fun fact: Reed chose Electrical Engineering after building a DC motor in 8th grade!
Clint holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah. He spent over 16 years in marketing and advertising, helping companies of all sizes grow and thrive. Clint joined Mathnasium to make a direct impact on students, finding joy in helping them build confidence and excel in math.
Outside of Mathnasium, Clint enjoys hiking, canyoneering, skiing, and cheering for the University of Utah’s football team. Fun fact: Clint summited Mount Kilimanjaro, reaching an elevation of 19,341 feet! He believes that building math confidence can change lives, one student at a time.
Parker grew up in Colorado with a deep love for math and a fascination with how formulas and methods connect to real life. He believes math only matters if you can apply it—a perspective he shares with students every day at Mathnasium. His favorite number is e, because it’s the only function that is its own derivative and integral.
Outside of Mathnasium, Parker enjoys working with computers, listening to music, and diving into a good story. Fun fact: he can raise either of his eyebrows independently!
Fun Fact: I enjoy ice skating.
Favorite Number: My favorite number is infinity because it represents a really interesting concept of numbers continuously becoming bigger and smaller beyond our imaginations.
Education: I am a junior at the University of Denver.
Why I love Mathnasium: I like working at Mathnasium because I enjoy seeing students grow in their confidence and abilities in math.
Fun Fact: A fun fact about myself is that I have never broken a bone.
Favorite Number: My favorite number is 12 because I like that it’s an even number, and I’ve just always liked the look of it.
Education: I’m currently a junior at Cherry Creek High School, and in the future I plan on going to college and majoring in something within the math/science field.
Why I love Mathnasium: I like working at Mathnasium because it’s a great opportunity to get to work with kids while also helping others to learn about themselves and their skills through math. I think working at Mathnasium provides a great environment for both myself and the kids that come here.
I've taken everything up to Calculus 1, and I'm currently taking Intro to Statistics. I've published a book, "Jake's Door," which has become an Amazon Bestseller. I've also been a member of a few groups in high school, including: Out knowledge bowl team; we won an award at a regional competition, chess club, and The school's gifted and talented group. I'm a volunteer for Hope Worldwide to help people in need, like serving the homeless and I'm an active member of my church ministry, where I volunteer with A/V equipment. I love art, mainly drawing on pencil and paper. I've filled up nine sketchbooks over my life and the tenth one's almost full! It's my creative outlet, I love making characters, worlds, and stories. I especially like drawing comic strips; writing humor and jokes is very fun for me. Recently, I've been branching out into digital art and animation, it's been very fun. I like walking and spending time outdoors, especially when I've got a good song on. I like to go on hikes/bike rides, see beautiful views, and catch a nice breeze. I'm also very fond of logic puzzles; I enjoy that sort of problem solving, and getting that "a-HA!" moment when you solve them is super fun.
Fun Fact: If I have to pick one fact, I'd choose publishing "Jake's Door," that's an accomplishment I'm very proud of. The book made over $10k, and I made it when I was only 14 years old!
Education: I graduated from high school at Colorado Early Colleges last year with an associate's degree. I'm currently a junior in college at CU Denver, and I'm hoping to major in computer science.
Favorite Number, Why: Gonna have to go with 1 here. You see a 1 in a math problem, you know it's gonna be easy. That you'll be safe. Everything's gonna be alright.
Why I love Mathnasium: I love to help people, I love math, and I've been told that I'm very good at explaining complicated things to people, so I believe math tutoring would be a great job for me. It's what I love doing, but as a job!
I have taken HS - BC Calc, Undergraduate - Cal 1, 2, 3, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Statistics, Probability of Statistics, Thermodynamics, and Masters - Discrete Math. I have taught math to underprivileged children in Israel in 2011 and tutor college students in math as well. I participate in hobbies because I find my hobbies enjoyable and I was an Ironman World Champion December 2023.
Fun Fact: I've traveled to over 65 countries, I've dove and logged almost 1000 dives all over the world. I've swam with octopuses, sea lions, seals, sharks, and whales. I've raced triathlons all over 3 different continents.

Why I like Mathnasium: I enjoy working with kids and trying to make math fun and relevant.
I have taken AP calculus AB and AP physics with calculus. I am taking AP calculus BC this coming school year. I am a varsity swim team captain at my school. I do Model UN and I am a part of a few National Honors Societies. I am also a leader/social media manager of my school's baking club! I do some math tutoring at my school and I am volunteering this summer at Adam's Camp (a program for individuals with disabilities). My favorite way to pass time is playing the guitar. I also love hiking, swimming, and spending time in nature.
Fun Fact: I did an exchange program where I lived in France for a summer.
Favorite Number: My favorite number is 20 because it is the day of my birthday.
Education: I am going into my Senior year of high school at Saint Mary's Academy and I am set to graduate in 2026. In the future, I want to pursue mechanical engineering.
Why I love Mathnasium: I love working with kids and want to share my love for math!
I have taken all math levels through Honors Trig/Precalculus, and will be taking AP Calculus BC this year. I am an active member in school clubs like HOSA, TSA, and Speech and Debate. I also love to play tennis and volunteer with school clubs like Key Club. I have experience volunteering with younger kids at libraries and also at my local middle school to help prepare them for the yearly MATHCOUNTS competitions. I love to do anything creative, like drawing and painting. I also love being outdoors, going on hikes, and playing tennis with my friends and family.
Fun Fact: I love to film and edit videos!
Favorite Number, Why?: My favorite number is 4 because it's lucky- like a four-leafed clover.
Education: I am a rising Junior at Rock Canyon High School, and I hope to major in something science or math-related in college.
Why I like Mathnasium: I like working at Mathnasium because I get to share my love for math with kids. Mathnasium is a great environment that makes learning fun and rewarding rather than tedious work. I get to teach kids that complicated problems are simply fun puzzles they get to solve!
I am currently taking AP Calculus BC and have previously been in honors Pre Calculus, Trigonometry/Algebra 2, and Geometry. I have also taken a myriad of AP computer science classes and I'm currently taking Data Structures and Algorithms. I run both track and cross country. I am also apart of some volunteering clubs (national honors society, spanish honors society, and big sisters excalibur) along with a mental health and a political awareness related club. Outside of teaching, I like to read, hangout with my friends, and travel.
Fun Fact: I am an identical twin.
Favorite Number, Why?: 42 because it's the answer to everything. In Douglas Adam's, "The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy" a giant supercomputer named Deep Thought is build and asked to find the answer to the universe. After millions of years of computation it replies with 42.
Education: I am a senior at Cherry Creek High School. Next year at college I want to study chemical engineering.
Why I Like Mathnasium: Math has always been my favorite subject. As an instructor, I enjoy helping students in developing a greater understanding of a topic that I have always been passionate about.
I am currently taking Pre-Calculus this semester and will have Calculus 1 next semester. I have completed Algebra 1, geometry, and Algebra 2/Trigonometry. I run cross country and play tennis for my school, also, I will be helping with the tech crew for our schools upcoming musical. I really like to read in my free time and go for walks.
Fun Fact: I enjoy doing aerial gymnastics and have performed for a few thousand people.
Favorite Number, Why?: My favorite number is π. This is my favorite number because in elementary school, I memorized 108 digits of it.
Education: I am currently a sophomore at Highlands Ranch High School, and I will graduate in May of 2028. I am hoping to study biomedical engineering in college.
Why I Like Mathnasium: I wanted to work at Mathnasium because I know how difficult math can feel like, and I love being a part of when it clicks for them.
I've completed Calculus 1 and 2, as well as AP Statistics. I was in National Honor Society and Key Club in high school. I now serve as a Senator in Arapahoe Community College's Student Government Association. I volunteered as a tutor for 5th grade "Mathletes". We prepared for districtwide tournaments weekly. I love listening to music and attending any and every concert I can convince my friends to go to with me. I also love movies and playing video games.
Fun Fact: I want to attend at least 20 concerts and read at least five books in 2026. I'm currently at 2 concerts and about a quarter of a book. I should probably step it up.
Favorite Number, Why?: 64. If 64 shows up in your work on a test you know you're doing something right.
Education: I graduated from Heritage High School in May 2025. I'm currently pursuing an associate's degree in economics from ACC and am expected to graduate in May 2026. I plan to attend CU Boulder in Fall 2026 to pursue my Bachelor's.
Why I Like Mathnasium: My experience tutoring with young math students through LPS made me interested in pursuing more work involving teaching.
Teach children math so they understand it, master it, and love it. Math can change their lives, and they can change the world.
