Caitlin is the Center Director at Mathnasium and a proud graduate of The University of Silicon Valley. Originally from the San Antonio area, she brings warmth and energy to the center every day. Caitlin is passionate about creating a fun, supportive environment where students can thrive.
Having struggled with math as a child, she understands how important it is to teach in a way that makes sense. Her goal is to ensure every student feels encouraged and confident on their math journey.
Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Lamar University and brings over 25 years of experience playing and teaching music. His background in education has helped him develop strong communication skills and a passion for helping others learn and grow.
Nick joined Mathnasium to combine his long-standing love for math with his desire to expand his career in education. He enjoys helping students build confidence and discover new ways to approach problem-solving.
Outside of work, Nick is both a dedicated musician and an avid gamer. He enjoys tabletop role-playing games, board games, video games, and staying active through sports.
Eriana is the Assistant Center Director at Mathnasium and a graduate of New Braunfels High School. She began working at Mathnasium at 16 and is now pursuing a degree in General Mathematics.
She believes in personalized learning and adapts her teaching approach to meet each student’s unique needs. Eriana has loved math since childhood and enjoys inspiring students to discover the beauty of numbers and shapes. Her dedication and joyful spirit help make Mathnasium a welcoming place for all learners.
Jodi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Math from Hope College, along with a Master’s in Math Education and a Specialist’s degree in Curriculum and Teacher Leadership from Piedmont College. She is also a certified gifted instructor.
With over 20 years of teaching experience, Jodi has taught everything from 8th grade math to IB math studies. She is passionate about helping students achieve those “lightbulb” moments and believes that with the right tools and support, every student can succeed.
Lauren earned her degree from the University of Central Florida in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Mathematics Education and Psychology. She is skilled in advanced math, including calculus, differential equations, and statistics.
Since joining Mathnasium in 2011, she has trained countless instructors and supported students in building confidence and capability. Lauren believes math should be challenging but fun, and loves helping students discover they’re capable of more than they imagined.
