Born and raised in Colorado, I’m passionate about learning, creativity, and helping others succeed. I bring a unique background in art and entrepreneurship, including designing custom clothing and leading campaigns focused on autism awareness, ethical production, and sustainability. With a recent degree in Business Management, I’m excited to apply my strong communication skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset at Mathnasium—helping students build confidence and develop a lifelong love of math!
I'm currently a graduate student at Colorado School of Mines pursuing a Master's in Humanitarian Engineering with a focus in energy justice and STEM education outreach. I've always enjoyed doing math and have been volunteering and working in education since high school. I love sharing my passion for math with kids and helping them to find their own confidence! Outside of work and school I enjoy reading, art, music, and hanging out with my cat, Millie! I'm originally from Tennessee and have been loving my time in Colorado so far!
I’m currently a Junior at D’evelyn Jr./Sr. High School with plans to be a commercial electrician. I started tutoring math when I was 14, and still find it just as fulfilling as the day I began. My favorite part of teaching is seeing that “lightbulb” moment where everything clicks and a student is able to easily do what they thought was impossible.
At school, I enjoy participating in stage crew and French Honors Society. In my free time I enjoy playing video games, watching anime, and riding motorcycles.
