Alan was born in Las Vegas and completed most of his education in Northern Nevada. At Spanish Springs High School, he earned an honors diploma while tutoring classmates in math. He later transferred to UNLV to complete a degree in Cell and Molecular Biology after beginning at the University of Nevada, Reno.
Alan began at Mathnasium as an instructor and later served as Lead Instructor, Center Director, and Regional Director for 15 locations. As Owner and Director of Mathnasium of North Las Vegas, he is dedicated to helping students build confidence and lasting math skills.
Destin was born and raised in Las Vegas and discovered a passion for mathematics early, advancing through accelerated coursework and studying engineering at Northwest Career and Technical Academy. He later earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Business Administration and has spent more than seven years with Mathnasium supporting student growth.
As Assistant Director, Destin is dedicated to helping students build confidence and master concepts through personalized instruction. Families value his ability to simplify complex ideas and create a motivating environment. Outside the center, he enjoys music and curating playlists.
Czionne has been part of Mathnasium for more than a decade, developing strong expertise in guiding students toward deeper understanding and confidence in math. His experience has shaped a supportive teaching style focused on making concepts approachable and encouraging steady progress.
He is passionate about helping learners believe in their abilities and celebrates each milestone they reach. Colleagues appreciate his positive energy and dedication to student success. Outside the center, Czionne enjoys hiking, camping, playing volleyball, and exploring new video games.
Jamie moved to Las Vegas in 2007 and graduated from Advanced Technologies Academy with a College and Career Ready diploma in Graphic Design and Game Development. She is currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education at UNLV, combining creativity with a strong interest in learning and problem solving.
She enjoys helping students grow in confidence as they develop math skills and discover new strategies. Her artistic background supports her clear, engaging teaching style. Outside the center, Jamie enjoys digital art, animation, and producing video projects.
Troy graduated from Legacy High School in the Spring of 2026 as one of the top students in his class. He was an active member of the school’s band program, where he played the saxophone and served as a student leader. His leadership experiences sparked a passion for teaching and helping others. In his free time, Troy enjoys playing video games, thrifting, and watching sports.
Kandice is a college student at CSN working toward her Associate of Science degree, with plans to transfer to UNLV and major in chemistry. She is passionate about helping others and hopes to become a chemist to contribute to scientific breakthroughs. In her free time, Kandice enjoys playing video games, baking, and exploring creative projects.
Anderson is a student at West Career and Technical Academy in the business program. He is highly involved on campus, serving as an officer for one of the school’s largest clubs and participating in the performing arts as both a pianist and violinist. Anderson is excited to bring his teamwork, leadership, and communication skills to Mathnasium and to share his passion of learning with students.
Jeo is a student at Northeast Career and Technical Academy, where he studies computer science. He leads his school’s robotics team as captain and regularly competes in local events, sharpening his problem-solving and teamwork skills. Jeo enjoys both learning and teaching mathematics, and at Mathnasium he focuses on helping students build strong math foundations and confident problem-solving habits they can use for years to come. In his free time, he enjoys JRPGs, coding, and listening to music.
