These guys are the greatest! My daughter has been attending for about 6 months and her attitude toward math has improved greatly. She has gained confidence and her knowledge increases every time she attends. The instructors are fantastic and do a wonderful job of encouraging the kids and teaching in fun way. We are very happy with our Mathnasium experience five months in. It seems like our kids have a new favorite tutor after every visit. It is clear that this program is improving their math foundation. They are making steady progress and I appreciate the regular reports on what they have mastered, what they are working on now, and what’s coming next. This price is reasonable if you are sure to schedule all 8 sessions each month and that consistency helps my kids retain what they are learning too. Mathnasium of Commerce, Michigan, has been a fantastic experience for my daughter. She used to love math and excel at it, but in 7th grade (last year) things really changed with some tough teacher situations. Her confidence dropped, she developed a lot of anxiety, and she went from being one of the best in her class to one of the worst. Last year she was struggling through Algebra 1 and had big learning gaps (also had a couple of math teachers who were not ideal), so we re-enrolled her in Algebra 1 through Michigan Virtual over the summer while also leaning on Mathnasium for support. She is now working independently on the second semester of Algebra 1 along with Geometry through Michigan Virtual in lieu of her regular math class at school. Yesterday she took the NWEA math test and scored a 246, up from 231 at the end of last year, and she earned the highest score out of all the others in her class. She was literally jumping for joy. This score gave her such a boost and reminded her that she really is making progress and she CAN overcome obstacles. Thank you to Mathnasium so much for being such an important part of her success. The entire staff here is wonderful and my son really enjoys going every week! The flexible schedule is definitely a HUGE plus and we can easily choose what days to come in and at what times depending on what works for our family that week without having to worry about rescheduling.

After about 2 years of mathnasium the grades speak for themselves going to a D+ to a A and the teachers are awesome with kids and working with people helps a lot and overall a great way to help your kids get smarter

Our 6th grade daughter started Mathnasium in January 2025 ...with a 50 in math... we are a few weeks into her 7th grade fall 2025 and she has a 95. There is no doubt thats attributed to the time she spent at Mathnasium. She responded extremely well to Mathnasiums unique method and support she received from her instructors. She actually enjoyed her time at Mathnasium, they made it fun for her and we all know that her time at Mathnasium was extremy productive! It wasn't simply memorization to prepare for a test, she actually feels confident in her math class " I understand the math now" was her words yesterday afyer school when discussing her progress...Without a doubt I would recommend them to anyone!

We enrolled our son in hopes that he would be able to bring his math grades up. Before entering 6th grade he didn't have a problem in school but we knew middle school would be harder.
