The Mathnasium of Olive Branch instructor team is passionate about math education and inspiring students. Each instructor goes through a rigorous process that includes interviews, math testing, background checks, and extensive training in the Mathnasium Method™. This ensures every team member can explain concepts clearly and adapt to different student needs.
Our team includes college students, recent graduates, and experienced educators from schools such as the University of Memphis and Rhodes College. Whether students are advanced, on level, or catching up, our instructors provide personalized support to help every child succeed and build confidence in math.
Anrica’s commitment to education is informed by her experience as a former teacher within the DeSoto County school system and her 14 years as the owner and operator of a private early childhood center.
Her academic background at the University of Mississippi further refined her ability to communicate complex concepts and implement engaging instructional strategies. These skills have been instrumental in helping students develop confidence in mathematics throughout her professional career.
In her personal time, Anrica enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends while "coaching" the Dallas Cowboys!
Anrica strongly believes that good math instructors don't teach students how to get the answer, but they teach students how to think.
'Life is a math equation. To gain the most, you have to convert negatives into positives."
