Neeraja Ram Manohar

Neeraja Ram Manohar is the Owner and Center Director of Mathnasium of Pennington. She has more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology and holds a Master’s degree in computer applications 

Neeraja's passion for math education is deeply personal. As a parent, she witnessed the transformative impact of the Mathnasium Method™ through her own daughter. Watching her daughter's confidence, enthusiasm, and mathematical thinking flourish inspired Neeraja to bring the same life-changing opportunity to children and families throughout the Pennington community. Today, she is dedicated to helping every student build strong math skills, develop confidence, and discover they can truly excel in math.

At Mathnasium of Pennington, Neeraja is committed to creating a welcoming, encouraging, and engaging learning environment where every child can build confidence, strengthen problem-solving skills, and develop a lifelong appreciation for mathematics. Her goal is to help students not only improve their math performance but also discover the confidence to succeed in school and beyond.

Beyond her professional career, Neeraja is passionate about giving back to the community. She enjoys volunteering at local school events, supporting Parent Teacher Association (PTA) initiatives, and partnering with schools and community organizations to encourage a love of learning. Neeraja enjoys playing badminton and spending quality time with her family. She looks forward to welcoming families to Mathnasium of Pennington and helping every student unlock their full potential in math.
