My name is Alison and I am the Center Director at Mathnasium of Redondo Beach. My goal is to create a positive and fun learning environment that fosters confidence and excitement toward math for each and every one of our students. I believe every child has the tools to succeed, and we as educators are here to show them how to use those tools. I look forward to working with you and your students and empowering them to build a future full of opportunities and success!
Hi, my name is Jordan, and I recently graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with my B.S. in Aerospace Engineering! I loved learning math and physics throughout school, and I look forward to sharing my passion with kids of all levels. I also enjoy space science, skiing, working out, and rock climbing. I'm excited to meet eager students and help them to achieve their math goals at Mathnasium!
Rhys was born and raised in San Pedro. All throughout school he loved helping out other kids understand math. He's currently enrolled at El Camino Community College and loves learning about machine learning, logistics and supply management, and statistics. Rhys spends his free time playing video games, drawing, and listening to music.
Sam is from Los Angeles, and he graduated from Redondo Union High School in 2025 where he tutored his fellow classmates. Currently, he attends El Camino College while in pursuit of his music career. He likes to watch football, play video games, and go running.
Brian lives in Torrance and is a junior at Bishop Montgomery High School. He has been a student at Mathnasium since he was in first grade, so he is excited to be on the other side of the table as an instructor. In his free time, Brian likes to play golf and watch sports games. He is also interested in film and wants to study more about it in university.
Brian is currently a Senior at Torrance Highschool. He was born in Japan and has moved around the country several times. He likes to play basketball, soccer, and play video games in his free time. He has a passion for math and loves helping people learn!
My name is Jason and I have lived in Torrance my whole life. I am a junior at South High and have a special interest in math and finance. In my free time, I enjoy surfing and playing video games with my friends.
