Connie leads the Mathnasium team with a strong passion for helping students thrive in math. She is committed to providing every child with an engaging, encouraging, and effective learning experience. Connie carefully selects and supports highly trained instructors who love math, fosters a positive environment, and ensures each student receives the attention they need to succeed.
Her mission is clear: help students develop lasting confidence and understanding, no matter their current ability level. Whether your child needs tutoring, enrichment, or homework help, Connie and her team are ready to make math make sense, and even fun!
Jodi brings more than 20 years of teaching experience and a deep love of learning to her role as Director of Education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Math from Hope College, a Master’s in Math Education, and a Specialist’s degree in Curriculum and Teacher Leadership from Piedmont College. She’s also a certified gifted instructor.
Jodi has taught a wide range of courses, from 8th grade math to IB Math Studies, and excels at helping students conquer difficult concepts. Her favorite moments are when students realize they’re capable of more than they thought—proof that with the right tools and support, every student can succeed.
Lauren holds an Interdisciplinary Studies degree in Mathematics Education and Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Her academic foundation includes College Algebra, Calculus I–III, Differential Equations, and Statistics I & II.
Since joining Mathnasium in 2011, Lauren has helped students overcome frustration and discover a new love for math. She’s passionate about making math both challenging and enjoyable, and she takes pride in training instructors to deliver impactful, personalized instruction that empowers students to grow in confidence and skill.
