Ella is the proud owner of Mathnasium of Simi Hills and is excited to bring the Mathnasium Method to the local community.
Ella's professional background began in linguistics and later transitioned into English law, where she practiced for several years. While she found success in that field, she often reflected on how her early academic choices were shaped more by confidence than potential. Like many students, she shied away from math - not because she lacked ability, but because she lacked encouragement.
That personal experience inspired a major career change. She chose to open a Mathnasium centre because she believes every child deserves the chance to build confidence in math - and in themselves. With the right guidance, students can unlock opportunities they never imagined, and she is passionate about helping them do just that.
At Mathnasium of Simi Hills, our goal is to support students in mastering math, building confidence, and keeping their future options wide open.
Kristhy is a freshman at Pierce College who takes great fascination with the arts and mathematics. Her love of the subjects results from a deep understanding of the techniques associated with precision and creativity. That is, her close attention to detail allows her to view things from various angles and break them down for deeper comprehension and a simplified perspective. As a result, she enjoys teaching these perspectives to students who haven't quite mastered deep comprehension of mathematics as well as those that simply need a fresh understanding.
Tigran is a freshman at California State University, Northridge, majoring in Applied Mathematics. He is passionate about mathematics, coding, and solving a wide range of mathematical problems. His favorite part of coding is designing and explaining how a program will work - what tools he will use and how he will apply them to reach the final result. With a strong passion for math, enthusiasm for explaining concepts, and a high level of adaptability, Tigran is eager to teach mathematics in a way that students can understand, helping them build confidence throughout their math journey.
