Amy graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Communications. She brings a strong background in sales, management, customer service, and marketing, with experience in both the public and private sectors, including Enterprise, Allergan Pharmaceuticals, and Macy’s. Her professional skills help her build strong relationships with families and create a welcoming, organized center environment. Amy values supporting children's growth and celebrating their progress, both as a leader and as a parent. Outside the center, she enjoys gardening, traveling, cheering on her favorite Minnesota teams (the Vikings, Twins, and Wild) and spending time with her son.
Austin holds a degree in Mathematics from James Madison University and has been with Mathnasium since 2019. He’s led multiple centers as Center Director and now supports teams across locations in his role as Area Manager.
Austin’s enthusiasm for math and education is matched by his creative side—he minored in film studies and enjoys filmmaking, podcasting, and reading in his free time. His goal is to help students and teams grow with clarity and confidence.
Jeff holds a degree in Economics from James Madison University and a Master’s in Education from George Mason University. He spent 10 years teaching high school and college math before moving into leadership roles in the restaurant industry.
Now, Jeff brings his operational expertise and love for education to Mathnasium. He’s passionate about helping students succeed in math. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys time with his wife of 28 years, their two dogs, and visiting their three adult children.
James earned his Mathematics degree from the University of Virginia in 2000 and served seven years as an aircraftmaintenance officer in the U.S. Air Force. It was during this time that he began tutoring homeschooled children and developed a deeper appreciation for math education.
In 2007, James returned to UVA to earn his MBA from the Darden School of Business. Today, he channels his passion for problem-solving and student growth into leading Mathnasium’s mission to help kids succeed in math.
