Mia is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology at Humphreys University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pure Mathematics from Seattle University. She is passionate about making math both accessible and enjoyable for all learners. Mia enjoys incorporating hands-on activities, real-world applications, and collaborative projects to deepen student understanding.
Known for her love of challenging math puzzles, she brings creativity and energy to every session. Mia is proud to be part of the Mathnasium team and looks forward to helping students gain confidence and succeed.
Sharada Vajjhala
Lead Instructor
Sharada brings a unique combination of software programming experience and academic teaching to Mathnasium. Originally from India, she previously worked as a math teacher and has always been passionate about helping students succeed. She uses a variety of techniques to make math concepts clear and relatable, believing that practice and persistence are key to mastering math. Sharada is dedicated to creating a positive and effective learning environment.
In her free time, she enjoys working on puzzles and volunteering in her community.

Hello! I'm Aleksy, I'm a first year student at UW-Seattle studying engineering (and hoping to go into aerospace!). Math and teaching have always been passions of mine, and I am excited to share my skills and enthusiasm at Mathnasium. Outside of academics, I am training for DI track recruitment to the UW, but I also enjoy training calisthenics and martial arts. In the free time that remains, I like building model rockets, reading and writing poetry!
