My daughter has been enthusiastic about her lessons since the first day - it’s been almost six months now and she’s always excited about her Maths lessons. It is a very nurturing and warm learning environment, and her progress has been steady and positive. It feels like they really focus on establishing foundations and cementing knowledge rather than it being a quick fix - which is exactly what we want.

My child has attended mathnasium for over year and we’re really impressed with how our their confidence has grown. Lessons focus on strong numerical fluency and foundations, which has really helped when starting to approach more stretchy topics. Tutors do a great job of supporting each child and creating a fun and focused learning environment. We also found the star card incentive scheme really helps maintain enthusiasm and frequency of visits.

Mathnasium has been a game changer for my daughter .The team has worked incredibly hard in supporting my daughter making her understand how to work with numbers. An absolute game-changer for my son’s education and confidence! My son has been attending Mathnasium in Stanmore for a year now and the transformation has been incredible. Not only has he excelled academically, but his entire attitude towards the subject has completely shifted. He now genuinely loves maths and actually looks forward to his sessions. The biggest win for us, though, is his newfound confidence. He went from being hesitant about numbers to tackling maths challenges with absolute ease and a smile. The staff and tutors at Stanmore are brilliant, encouraging and know exactly how to tailor their approach to keep kids engaged. I cannot recommend Mathnasium Stanmore highly enough to any parent!

Kids have been attending for the last 3 weeks. They have been at different tuition/ coaching classes before so in comparison really like coming to Mathnasium. They get better attention in a smaller group and feel comfortable asking questions if they don’t understand something. At other classes they have found screen led learning fun but also distracting with all the animation and music. The traditional worksheet method seems to work for my kids and they keep everything on file so easy to flick through and see what they have done in the last few weeks. Very friendly and attentive teachers.

Tara and the staff have been outstanding from the start. Our son struggles with focus and concentration however, the staff manage this really well, and as a result he is really enjoying the sessions and is wanting to attend. Prizes, and the fun stuff, like the VR headset and the Pizza on PI day were a big hit. The feedback on assessments are really great, Tara took the time to sit down and go through it with me. The actual venue is lovely, welcoming and bright. We are really happy so far with our son’s progress and the confidence he is gaining. Last week he came home from school and was thrilled to have come second to top in a maths challenge.

My daughter is 7 and goes to Mathnasium in Muswell Hill. She has really struggled with maths, and was starting to avoid and stress about it. The team are so welcoming, they have a v well designed approach, using worksheets and assessment, assessing understanding and focusing on gaps, slowly building up skills and confidence. The staff are experienced, warm, welcoming and really care. She really enjoys going there. It’s expensive but it feels worth it.

We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Mathnasium. Both of our daughters have benefited tremendously from their time with this exceptional tutoring group. Our eldest daughter not only gained confidence in maths but also exceeded all our expectations by the end of Year 6. Our younger daughter also attended Mathnasium and was recently assessed as working at greater depth and knowledge in maths, a true testament to the high quality support and challenge provided by the tutors.
